Periodic assessments of MediRec, organized by municipality — evidence measured in the field, in the networks already operating the platform. Each edition tracks the evolution of adoption and care improvements.
The reports bring together what is observed in the network. For now, this includes professionals' time savings, the reduction in the backlog of returned referrals, the decline in the return rate, and the organic growth of adoption — and this analysis expands with each edition and each new municipality.

Results and Adoption Model
Confirms and consolidates the first edition, now with an assessment at municipal scale. The municipal return rate falls from 20.97% (through SISREG) to 9.74% (through MediRec); referral time falls from approximately 20 s to 6 s; and the user base reaches 12,394. It also establishes health surveillance as its own axis and tracks the organic growth of adoption by area.

Results and Adoption Model
The first systematic assessment of the results, still during the implementation and expansion phase. It documents savings of 8 to 12 hours per physician per week, the significant reduction in the backlog of returned referrals, and a decline of more than 50% in the return rate at the pioneering facilities, as well as the organic adoption curve observed in the first facilities and areas.
