In AP 5.1, MediRec improves group training

Managed by Gnosis — the same social organization as AP 2.1 —, AP 5.1 improved the group training format: grouping by category more finely and training concentrated in a single center, with gains in efficiency and speed.

In October 2025, MediRec began its expansion in Programmatic Area 5.1, managed by the social organization Gnosis — the same as AP 2.1. The expansion would reach 170 teams in the area and ran in parallel with the expansion of AP 3.2, conducted in the same period.

Consolidated in AP 2.1 as a response to the unit-by-unit travel time cost, the group training format was maintained and improved in two ways. In the grouping, instead of two sets of participants, AP 5.1 organized training into three groups per professional category, bringing each session closer to how that profile effectively uses the system: regulators and technical leads (RT) in one group; doctors and nurses in another; and managers, nursing RT and community health agents in a third. And in execution, by concentrating all training in a single hub, instead of dividing it between locations — which brought more efficiency and speed.

Human decision and protected data

MediRec’s artificial intelligence suggests priorities and checks criteria and documents, but qualification remains the professional’s responsibility — the clinical decision remains human. Because it deals with health data, MediRec operates as a data processor under network governance: it has no patient-facing interface, processes data only within the scope of the project and ensures its return or deletion within 30 days after the contract ends.
