MediRec begins expansion in AP 3.3

Managed by SPDM, AP 3.3 — one of the largest areas of the network — received group training concentrated in a single hub.

In March 2026, MediRec began its expansion in Programmatic Area 3.3, managed by the social organization SPDM — the same as AP 5.3. The expansion would reach 192 teams in the area, one of the largest in the municipal network, and ran during the same period as the expansion of AP 4.0, also led by SPDM.

The training followed the already consolidated group format, concentrated in a single center. The groups were organized by system usage profile: on the one hand, doctors, nurses, regulators and technical leads (RT); on the other, nursing RT, managers, community health agents and administrative teams.

Human decision and protected data

MediRec’s artificial intelligence suggests priorities and checks criteria and documents, but qualification remains the professional’s responsibility — the clinical decision remains human. Because it deals with health data, MediRec operates as a data processor under network governance: it has no patient-facing interface, processes data only within the scope of the project and ensures its return or deletion within 30 days after the contract ends.
