Newborn Screening Test 👶: it tracks neonatal screening samples and automatically retrieves results from Click Exame, the lab's results system 🧪. The unit photographs the shipping slip 📸, MediRec reads each baby's line and transforms it into a record, a person reviews it, and MediRec then consults Click Exame and makes the report available 📄. In this version, delivered on Friday, the review process became clearer and faster ✨. Each record shows its status (ready, to be checked, consulted, or with an error), suspicious values are flagged ⚠️, and lines that are just a piece of a name can be joined to the line above or discarded. The list can be grouped by slip or sorted by patient, and it's possible to consult all ready records at once ✅.

SISARE 🏥: the SUBPAV platform that registers hospital discharges is already integrated in a pilot program, at the request of CAP 3.2 🤝. MediRec imports discharges for reading only, without altering anything in SISARE 🔒, and links them to already registered patients. Each discharge is classified by group on the date of discharge, and the first filters and identifiers, also for CAP 3.2, are children aged 0 to 2 years and pregnant women 🤰. Consultation is restricted to the technical team.

Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria 📑: the review of the criteria has been clarified and the re-importation has been completed ✅. The updated version has fewer errors.

App Store 🍎: the iPhone application is still under validation by Apple ⏳. We adjusted the points from the review feedback and are awaiting the new analysis. In the meantime, the Android version is already available on Google Play 📱.

Advances from the makeover 💅

SINAN Unification Completed 📢: SINAN Rio, SINAN Online, and SINAN Net now appear in a single list of notifications, with the pending items for each form 📋. It's possible to create the notification from a photo or PDF of the form. In SINAN Rio and SINAN Online, the notification can be sent directly through MediRec ✅. In SINAN Net, MediRec helps to fill it out faster and better, including the Syphilis form, which can also be printed 🖨️, and the notification then follows the usual routine. In testing, with progressive release soon 🔜.

Notifications 🔔: MediRec now has a real-time notification center, with cards that you can open or remove (with an undo option), and the same alerts also arrive as push notifications on your mobile and browser 📱. Each person can disable optional types, while essential ones, such as new demands, new messages, and new admissions, remain always active. Messages from the same conversation are gathered in a single card with a counter, and no one receives alerts for records they don't have access to 🔒. The center has been tested and is being gradually released 🔜.

New Filters and Record Header and Footer 🔍: in final testing, will be progressively released soon 🧪. The new filters are already corrected for certain procedures ✅.
