Find Those Who Need It, Unite What's Scattered 🧭

Alcance πŸ’™ Active search, the way your routine needs it. We built Alcance, the MediRec module that transforms APS indicators into lists of people to find, by care line. The community health agent sees their daily list, doctors and nurses see their specific segment, and management monitors the whole. It mirrors e-SUS APS without altering any records πŸ”— alcancedocuidado.com.br

What's Coming 🧭 MediRec's makeover has progressed, and we're already in the testing phase πŸ§ͺ. We're testing the new filters, new columns, the new menu with keyword search, new buttons, and new headers and footers ✨.

Clinical Documents now reside in a single module πŸ“„, bringing together Consent Forms, Reports, Dispensations [CONFIRM: DUI and other documents added]. Surveillance dashboards have also become one πŸ””, with a clearer interface and filters by priority, system, and patient πŸ”. With this, CAPs and managers monitor everything more easily πŸ‘€, and SAP and CAPs have gained a board to configure their own priorities 🎯.

In Demands, we've gathered all messages (demands, feedback, and notes) into one interface, easier to read, and now also with a patient filter πŸ“¬. The implementation of Demands and dashboards continues this week πŸš€.

We've also unified all available notifications in MediRec πŸ“’. You can notify in SINAN Rio and SINAN Online, and gradually, MediRec will also help fill out some SINAN Net notifications. Everything in one place, with a single logic 🧩.

We continue with Tuberculosis Surveillance, alongside the Coordination of Transmissible Diseases (CDT), and have just started on Hansen's Disease πŸ””. For both, the objective is the same: to gather in one place what the team needs to monitor each case, coming from systems integrated with MediRec, including eSUS PEC, whose integration continues to become more complete πŸ”„.
