ACS Scoreboard 📊 The digital version of the clinic's scoreboard 🏥. In this first version, the Community Health Agent (ACS) manually creates the cases they need to follow up on — pregnant women, postpartum women, children under 1 year old, and patients with tuberculosis 📋. From there, MediRec assists with notifications and reminders for upcoming actions 🔔. The Scoreboard also appears in the Team Meeting to support collective follow-up 👥✅

B Forms 📝 We've brought a replica of VitaCare's B Forms into MediRec 📄. The ACS can take them on Home Visits 🚶‍♀️ and fill everything out in the field, without forgetting any questions 📍. Back at the clinic, just use the extension to transfer the content to the systems in one go ⚡✅

Logins and Transfers 🪪 We've redone the account creation and unit transfer forms to reduce the errors we identified in both processes with the previous forms 🎨✅

Mammography Flow in Rollout 🎗️ Reminder: the Mammography Flow is still being progressively released 📅. How it works — you make the request to SISREG through MediRec 🚀; as soon as SISREG schedules it, MediRec detects it, brings the reference, assembles the SISCAN request, and presents everything on the Surveillance Dashboard for you to forward with one click ✅

PNAR in Rollout 📋 Reminder: the PNAR Form is still being progressively released 📅. How it works — when forwarding a High-Risk Prenatal request, MediRec detects if any mandatory field is missing 🔍 and presents a form highlighting what is pending 📝 ✅
